How to read the manufacturing date?
Maseca® wants to make sure that the products you take home are always fresh.That’s why it is important that you know how to read the manufacturing date.Following you will find an explanation on how to read the code, for example:
Place the cursor over the code.
The first two digits indicate the week of the year in which it was manufactured: 34
The third digit indicates the day of the week: 1 for Sunday 7 for Saturday
The fourth digit indicates the shift: 1 for 7-3, 2 for 3-11, and 3 for 11-7.
The fifth digit indicates the year 1 2011.
E indicates the manufacturing plant Edinburg
10:19 the time when it was manufactured.
