Modo de Preparación
- Mix MASECA® corn masa flour with baking powder, beer, parsley, milk, and salt until batter has a similar texture as pancake batter. If dry, add milk in teaspoon increments.
- Insert stick skewers in the hot dogs and dip in the liquid batter until completely covered.
- Fry in hot oil until golden brown. Remove from heat and drain excess oil. Serve with mustard and ketchup.
